FAQ

Answers that set clear expectations around earning and platform rules.

The FAQ is written to help users understand availability, reward timing, market coverage, and abuse prevention without relying on vague promises or aggressive monetization language.

How do users earn rewards on Northstar Rewards?

Users earn points by completing eligible surveys, partner offers, and task-based activities that are made available through approved providers and internal platform placements.

When are rewards credited?

Rewards are expected to be credited after the activity is confirmed by the partner provider and, when necessary, reviewed by our validation and abuse-prevention checks.

Will the platform support multiple countries?

Yes. Availability is designed to depend on provider coverage, user eligibility, country targeting, and local compliance requirements.

Why are some surveys or offers unavailable?

Offer availability can vary based on geography, demographics, device type, session quality, provider inventory, and whether a user has already completed a similar activity.

How does Northstar Rewards handle abuse and invalid traffic?

The platform is designed around real-user activity only. We reserve the right to review accounts, hold rewards, limit access, or suspend participation when bots, duplicate accounts, VPN abuse, or fraudulent patterns are detected.

Why can rewards stay pending after completion?

A completed activity can remain pending while the provider validates the conversion, our systems reconcile the event, or additional review is required to protect against invalid traffic and duplicate activity.

Are payouts live today?

The current version presents the planned rewards experience and redemption framework. Payout methods will be enabled after account systems, provider reconciliation, and compliance workflows are finalized.
