These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Northstar Rewards. By accessing the platform, users agree to comply with these terms, our platform policies, and any partner-specific participation requirements that apply to available earning opportunities.

Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction if higher, to participate in reward-bearing activities unless a provider explicitly permits otherwise.

Northstar Rewards provides a platform for discovering surveys, offers, and task-based earning opportunities. Access to specific activities may vary by country, device type, account history, provider eligibility, and platform review status.

We may modify, restrict, pause, or remove features, campaigns, providers, and reward methods at any time in order to maintain service quality, partner compliance, or operational integrity.

Users may not use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, spoofing tools, VPN abuse, proxy abuse, fake traffic sources, duplicate accounts, fraudulent redemptions, misleading activity, false demographic submissions, or any method intended to manipulate provider systems or reward outcomes.

Any attempt to interfere with tracking, impersonate another user, generate invalid conversions, or otherwise exploit the platform may result in reward reversal, account limitation, suspension, or permanent removal.

All rewards are subject to provider confirmation, internal validation, compliance review, and fraud screening. Pending activity may be delayed, adjusted, rejected, or reversed if the associated provider does not validate the completion or if abuse indicators are detected.

Reward balances, payout thresholds, and redemption methods may change over time as the platform evolves.

We may place accounts or redemptions on hold during investigations involving abnormal conversion patterns, duplicate submissions, or inconsistent account signals.

We reserve the right to review accounts, request additional verification, suspend participation, hold redemptions, or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, partners, or users.

Decisions related to abuse prevention, partner policy enforcement, and invalid activity review may be made at our reasonable discretion.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, offer volume, eligibility, or earnings.
